pick n pay kilburn unfriendly stafff

i recently bought a ****in at pick and pay kilburn. the ****in was old and soaked in what the baker said was vanilla essence. it was stale, dry and bitter. i took it back and asked to see a manager. after being sent around the shop and ignored i decided to head to the managers office myself. he was not present. i again asked around for a senior member of the staff.

i was told susan would come and see me i. a minute. little did i know susan passed me by about 5 times and didnt acknowledge me.

after i managed to recognise and stop the manager i told him i was very unhappy. we both headed t the baker and i told him wbat was wrong and asked to be refunded.

the manager said i should speak to susan again.

i tried to grab her attention again, all i got was a 'hello' and she headed off again without asking what she could help with.

i again stepped infront of her and said that the manager instructed me to get a refund by you.

she completed the task, only while boasting that the shop would fall apart without her magic till keys and pass coxde. this was a conversation going on between her and another staff member.

she didnt speak to me at all and was very unfriendly the whole time.
