Pick n Pay Kenilworth Centre

PnP Kenilworth Centre used to be such a clean, organized store but since they started changing the shelving , the place is a mess.

Shelves have been lowered and it looks terrible; isles are full of stock not unpacked; the flow/layout of the products doesn't even make sense. Their staff are just standing around particularly around the produce and fridges/butchery area chatting away. Many of the staff are constantly on their cell phones.

One must now stand in a long queue to purchase cold meats i.e. from the rolls/bread counter. The is insane because you stand for a long time before you eventually have to move to the cold meat counter to place your order!

PnP Kenilworth not a pleasant place to shop at any longer, sadly
