Pick n pay just one a once-loyal Checkers customer

I have never had a good experience of trying to draw money at Checkers using my Capitec card. Today was the same bad service and shocking attitude. I always was treated as if I was an irritation to the incredibly rude tellers and would constantly be sent from one teller to the other under the lame excuse that the teller did not have enough money. Each time I would have to join the end of the queue at the new teller only to be sent on again. Today I had enough, I left checkers disgusted and went to Pick n Pay to draw money. What a contrast! The teller was polite and, even though she did not have enough money in her till, she called the supervisor who went and fetched the amount I needed. i will no longer be shopping at Checkers - from now on I will be purchasing groceries at Pick n Pay instead. Thank you for treating me as though you actually wanted me to come back Pick n Pay Boardwalk.
