Pick n Pay just don't care anymore!

I bought 11 of the same items online from Pick n Pay Home, but only 6 were delivered. I called twice, and the call was escalated, and no one phoned me back. Eventually I sent an email to the complaints department, and the only response I received was the automatic response

What do I need to do to get the rest of my order delivered? This is just ridiculous!
