Pick n Pay just doesn't care

I ordered on PnP asap Friday night. Our delivery driver was knocked off his bike in a hit and run. I have been sending messages to customer service since then, 4 days ago.

I receive messages back that have nothing to do with my query and 3 times my query has been closed as resolved. I have now asked them to contact me personally twice.

Nothing has happened.

Disgusting

I am concerned for our driver and have had no feedback regarding either him or my damaged order

The driver limped here with what was left of the packages in his arms. He deserves help and commendation.

Add to this the order placed on 24/9/2021 after P n P advertised a beer special on their online store and sent my delivery with no beer despite still having stock of all 3 different brands. I sent two complaints neither of which were addressed.

Shocking unacceptable service. I will NEVER buy from them again.
