Pick n pay jubilee mall poor service

I went to pick n pay Jubilee Mall 3weeks ago just around pass 8 in the morning hoping ill quickly do my shopping and rush to work, I queued to pay only to find two cashiers 1 at kiosk and 1at the tills and here's the queue i waited for 40mins to be helped, after a week i went back around 12 and there were only 3 cashiers 1 at kiosk and 2at the tills I queued for 30-40mins I've send an email complaining about this unfortunately it seems my complain wasn't taken into consideration because today i went to pick n pay again still the same I couldn't even buy because they way I was the queue it was obvious this time around I was going to wait for an hour. Please do something about Pick n pay jubilee mall their service is very bad.
