Pick n Pay Jean Crossing awful service

Despite being a regular customer, the manager refused to swop

out a faulty AIM iron, barely 2 weeks old. Really, is this how you

promote customer service, by chasing away good paying customers?

Zero score for this awful store. Great staff, shocking store manager.
