PICK N PAY IS USELESS

I lost my work due to loadshedding and a family member abroad sent me PNP grocery vouchers on 1st May to purchase food for my family including my dog. I went online and downloaded the app as requested but on checkout there was no option for vouchers only credit cards. The next day I climbed into my car and went to nearest PNP store for asssitance being PNP WALMER PARK PORT ELIZABETH. I presented the vouchers at the help desk and nodody new how to go about it and had less knowledge than me regarding online purchases. After several calls and emails from the store and home from own mobile device but no avail. The buck was keep being to passed wedtickets , pnp asap and Pnp online. i had to drive to PNP every day to try and sort this issue out ,staying on a farm out of town with no income and used all my fuel just use the purchased voucher to feed my family and dog. Today the 5may 2023 I Iam reviewing this store due to the lack of service and the incompentence of the PNP employees especially the lady at the help desk telling next time my family member must rather send me cash than vouchers, I was absolutely stunned! Thank you Pick n Pay you have taken the money from a carering family member abroad to help feed me and my family and dog but cant sort out my purchase for food. I have all the the voice notes ,whats app msgs, emails to and from andwould love post this on every social media platform available. You should take the word "FAMILY" out you logo and the word "PICK" and call yourself PAY because thats all you wanted and still sitting with the vouchers. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
