Pick ‘n Pay is the worst

Pick n Pay ASAP is the worst. I ordered yesterday just after 16:00, it showed delivery after 17:00. When I checked later it said it will only arrive the next day. I called and they said it has been packed and on its way. I called twice thereafter and every time I was told it will still arrive last night.

Needless to say it still hasn’t arrived and it’s 10:20 in the morning.

I did a quick order because I needed nappies for my child. What a complete waste of my time.

If this was the first issue I’ve had with Pick n Pay asap! it would be understandable, but there have been so many others, missing items, continuously having to follow up on refunds, half refunds. It’s a joke. I should have learnt my lesson a long time ago.
