Pick n pay is pure hell .

I'm standing here it's be 2 hours . My child is crying. We are tired . I saw 8-9 people . I just wanted to get the paper voucher for my printer . Nobody could assist me from the first teller to the card station to the whit kiosk to the next Lady at the Till even the lady at money market. When I entered the shop just after 8 I asked the first lady to assist and was shown around from there . It took 2 hours and 30 min to be assisted . The lady manager refused to assist me she was the 8 person I have asked for assistance . I took a video of all staff refusing . This place is pure hell with no one doing there job . I do have the videos to ahow they refused service or help . I got assisted eventually by maggy and her male manager it tool 10 min . Why after 2 hours and 30 min ????? 😪
