Pick n Pay is pathetic

Dont ever use pick n pay delivery service, it is pathetic, stick to checkers 60 , i ordered a kettle, it said on the app it would arrive at 7.30, its now 10am, tried help on the app at 8 am still waiting for someone at 10, I called and they said they would track my delivery and callback, guess what they didnt call back or track my delivery, they wont refund me, i have a good mind to go to cop station and lay a charge of ***** against the directors, they should be arrested for runing a **** operation
