Pick n Pay is just not bothered. I need my money back

To date I still haven't had back from Pick 'n Pay. I can't say that I'm surprised. Can I please have my money back and Pick 'n Pay to come collect the missing groceries they sent to me, what an inconvenience! I'm utterly disappointed
