Pick n Pay is failing to sort out the accident coursed to my car by their truck driver

I was driving, preparing to make a left turn when a truck driver started reversing without warning. Despite nearby cars and taxis honking to alert him, he hit my vehicle before stopping.

I asked him not to leave as we needed to call the police, but he refused to cooperate. I sent my brother and uncle to the police station for help, but the driver left the scene and went into Pick n Pay to unload his items.

After waiting over an hour for the police, manager Gugu Xesha intervened, took my details, and said she would report the accident herself. She also took photos of my damaged car, providing essential support in this frustrating situation yet nothing was done she told me she will send an email in the morning and forward me or copy me I've been waiting from 9am . I use this car to transport my son to school now I can't. The driver didn't want with his details I got the registration number ( KX08TS Gp) DT0096 and time of the accident 9am I would like Pick n Pay to follow up and make the driver pay for this damage they took pics and all my details

I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the lack of communication and assistance following my recent accident. It is troubling that the driver involved exhibited a dismissive attitude, suggesting that any further action, including police involvement, would yield no results. I attempted to reach out to the store manager, who initially assured me that she would contact me; however, I subsequently experienced a lack of response on her part, including instances where she avoided me upon my visits to the store.

Additionally, I contacted customer service, where I was informed that my case would be addressed and that I would receive a reference number. Regrettably, I have yet to see any progress. I am facing significant financial strain due to my unemployment, and this situation has adversely affected my ability to provide for myself. It is disconcerting that I have not received the support I need, particularly given that a representative named Nicole requested a quotation from me to facilitate communication with Pick n Pay, yet no actions have been taken.

I sincerely hope that this matter can be resolved promptly, as it is imperative that my concerns are acknowledged and addressed with the seriousness they warrant. I transport kids with this car yet no one is helping
