PICK N PAY IS A TOTAL MESS!!! CLOSE DOWN ALREADY 😡

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I made an online purchase and went to the store to collect my order, only to find out the store never received it. There was absolutely no communication about this issue. The lack of organization and customer service is unacceptable. Pick n Pay, this is a complete mess!!!

I am still sitting with an incorrect order that was placed 1 December 2024...
