Pick n pay is a theif

I ordered pick n pay online about 3 days ago,

All was well except half of my items were either missing or expired, Pick n pay then went ahead and took R1 364-83 when the whole invoice including the missing items only equated to R1 173-15,

I tried phoning pick n pay the first day and to no avail, then yesterday I called again still no answer. I called today after sending a mail and I was then told that I could not be helped and the money will not be refunded,

I found that ********* as I have sent them a copy of their invoice that was issued with the delivery driver, and I have a proof of payment on FNB showing pick n pay had taken more than necessary.

I don't think it is right to take money not due to them and refuse to refund the excess taken by them,

As a result I missed a debit order as my money was to short due to pick n pay,

I am going to continue fighting this as I strongly feel I have been wronged and it is both unprofessional and ********** to take money out of my account that is not owed as well as refuse to pay the difference between the invoice and what was taken.
