Pick ‘n Pay is a ****

I bought groceries on Pick n Pay ASAP and the delivered the wrong package and when I called them about the wrong package they said they are sending the driver to come collect it the same day but the driver came after 3 days of constantly calling them. I had to cancel the order and went through the procedure of getting my refund and they send me an email saying my refund is going to reflected in my account in 5-10 working days, after 20 working day I still don’t have my refund and I called them again now they say in 3-10 working days.
