PICK N PAY IS A HORRIBLE RETAIL STORES(better to go to checkers instead)

Pick n pay Mall of the north has truly falling off as grocery retail store i used buy groceries often here but now i buy from other retails stores such checkers and Woolworths food. The shop is always untidy and the service here is terrible, How can you have 18 tills and on a good day there are 4 available? and when it is around close to closing time there is only 2 tills available lets plus that by the rude staff members who work poorly under pressure, they treat customers poorly and this makes consumers not want to come back to that place. while competition like checkers and Woolworths food are evolving pick n pay is just going down and down. The rating on google are just a false representation

I mean there only thing attracting customers to come in this store is mostly cause of their clearance sales or because half of the time is empty so the consumer can quickly check for products before they see that very long que and leave.
