**Pick n Pay Irene Mall** One idiotic staff member bumped into the stack of carry baskets with a trolley as she obviously did not look where she was going, the stack fell over onto my daughter (4 years old) leaving a nasty sc**** mark on her arm. "The brilliant" staff member then tried to deflect the responsibility when she was confronted. Store manager came to see what was going...... just as "brilliant" as the staff member.

Thank god i wont be going back.
