Pick 'n Pay inside Maponya BP Garage cashier with an Attitude

I went to Pick 'n Pay inside a Maponya BP Garage in Soweto. Unfortunately I went to that store twice in one day today with my 4yr old daughter. I bought stuff amounting to more than R200 and I requested to withdraw at least R1000 with my purchase. But this cashier told me she only has R100. I understood because it was still morning around 9am. Since she said she only has R100 I then asked her to give me a packet of R5 for that R100 to put in money box. I went there again around 1pm to buy stuff amounting to plus R100. I asked same cashier to withdraw cash again. The cashier told me that she only has R100. I then reminded her that I was here this morning and she told me exactly the same thing. She then said she has R200. This is an attitude thing and it should be condemned at all cost unless management is condoning such actions, and if so then they don't understand what customer service is. This is clear indication of "I don't care about you as a customer, the only thing I want is your money". If she was a good cashier when I went there the first time she could have said "I have R100 in notes and since you said I can give you in R5 coins then that means I can give you R200 instead of the R1000 that you requested. Quick question: are we allowed to withdraw cash from the cashiers in Pick 'n Pay inside BP garages? if yes, what is the limit? And can I be advised what to do next time when I'm disrespected to this level again? Unfortunately I couldn't shout and demand to see a manager because I was with my daughter. But this behaviour from this cashier made me furious. I shop there twice a week. I'm a regular customer there. It was a first time that I'm seeing her. Her attitude sucks. Thanks
