Pick n Pay *****ing money from customers
I ordered groceries on Saturday but a lot of items were missing, so I sent an email and I phoned a consultant, the consultant said they will forward my issue and it will be sorted. I recieved absolutely no response the next day so I sent another email and only recieved automated responses. No one at pick n pay is willing to help, it's so bad they started hanging up mid call. I haven't recieved my items as of yet and no refund, this is devastating. They are quick to take your money and slow to fix their mistakes. I've even gone in store to sort the issue out, I was greated with attitude by staff members. Glenvista shopping mall.

Good day, I've been having a problem with Pick n Pay Mulbarton. On Saturday I ordered groceries, I recieved them but I noticed that a lot of items were missing (11 items to be exact worth R470.00) I email them and phoned immediately, the consultant wrote a list of everything then said they would forward it to the store. I've recieved no response, so I kept phoning and emailing several times and nothing has been done. Finally today I recieved an email of refund but only R280. This is infuriating as they've put me through so much just to rob me. I want all my money so that I can be done with them. They can't get away with *****ing money from people who make the bare minimum salary, this economy is tough
