Pick n pay in urgent need of customer service

Pick and pay offers the worst online shopping experience ever, it's like they trying to invent the internet that's how terrible it feels, their pnp home website offers a15% discount for online order however the code HYPERSPRING15 that's provided doesn't work and says voucher does not exist i even sent sevreal emails to their complaints ljne but no one responds, how can you provide a voucher that does not exist fair enough I understand that their customer service has never existed at that's why they making massive losses, but it doesn't seems to register as to why they are doing so bad. Hire competent people man I think yourl are using Zimbabweans to run your online department that's why it sucks so bad. I urge people not tonsupport this useless failing supermarket thats getting bankrupt, they are architects of their own doing.
