Pick n pay in observotary the customer service is terrible

A month's ago in 2021 I have been trying to sort the issue out no help I bought a 3 packs of burgers at pick n pay in observatory is was sour when I realise my son already had some I took it threw it away my son was so sick he puked so much his bed was full I went to pick n pay the manager gave me a packet of lamb so I can shut up pick n pay called me for proof the slip all that o told them I did purchase their the girl was so rude and said if I no longer have this info pick n pay won't help me they are pathetic
