Pick N Pay in Hatfield Plaza- A complete and utter disaster

The worst Pick N Pay is in Hatfield Plaza. There is always a shortage of stock no matter what day or time of the month you go. In addition, there are Hollard representatives that will follow you around wasting your time.Moreover, finding the price of an item is a mission. If it is clearly written you are obviously extremely lucky. The shopping experience at this Pick N Pay is nothing short of frustrating. It is absolutely dysfunctional. Management does not order the correct stock to meet demand and they do not care about the views of their customers as they are aware of these problems. They thrive only because they're the only food market in Hatfield Plaza. The staff however, from the packers and cashiers right through to the staff that sort the trolleys, make the experience bearable as they are always willing and ready to help. The staff of this Pick N Pay are the best Pick N Pay staff I've ever come across.
