Pick n pay in black communities.

I went to pick n pay prominade last night around 20:30. The shop was in a bad state queues were very long. I tried to reach out to the manager on duty, who was in the office with lots of staff inside at that time of the evening. I asked them to assist at the tills as they can see through out the window that queues were in between the aisles and customer were getting frustrated, there was no one managing the store. Sydwel the manager on duty did not even bother to leave the office to come and listen to the my complaint he just looked at me. I can not understand how can pick n pay have managers of such. The worse is that black managers are being equipped to run big businesses but they messing up corporate industries with arrogance a bad management. It is really disgusting to get in to environment to support the business and yet you are not being valued, particularly in black areas we are taken for granted.
