I think staff members forget customer service pays the Bill's Horrible experience from this branch Trying to get assistance in withdrawing a E-Wallet of mine,first two staff members just looks at me not really wanting to help me,with the softes voice says she doesnt have the cash in her till so I tried the next till,at the next till I still can hear and see the first 2 ladies laughing and talking and looking at me and pointing,now they are able to talk louder!The second till,lady explains she doesnt have money but neither wants to assist in finding a solution or seeing perhaps with another till if they are able to assist.In the back ground and in eye sight still busy with the laughters and pointing,decided to walk to a manager sitting at a desk,as I walk to the gentlemen one of the first ladies came running after me telling me she is a supervisor how can she help?WHAT A SUPERVISOR LAUGHING WITH HER STAFF AT CUSTOMERS!Told the manager just how rude his staff is and that is is unacceptable,she then stands there and says but she wants to help but I didn't talk to her,she knows I am not blind she was then one of the first 2 ladies at the same till i approached and asked for assistance Always acting so innocently when you want to complain about their behavior Gentlemen apologize(very nice guy) but we just walked out the store because by that time they already embarrassed us,going in circles I expect someone in a higher position just to inform this branch once again that this behavior (mainly by cashiers) is a disgrace to the brand Alot of other places to buy goods from not just them
