Pick N Pay iLanga Mall is a no go place.

Pick n Pay iLanga Mall is the worse place to shop. The express till is the slowest till you can use, most of the time the cashier at the Express Till are on a go slow strike or something, it is almost best to go queue with a shopper who has a trolley full of items. Today I waited waited over 20 minutes in the Express Till queue, and when it was my turn to pay the one cashier just closed her till and whilst the second teller was struggling with the same customer over cards declining since I got to the queue. I was so angry I regret not reporting one of the cashiers for once billing me for a plastic bag I did not take. I thought it was nothing much just a plastic bag but today I felt disregarded makes me feel like Pick N Pay does not care about their customers.
