Pick N Pay Ilanga Mall

Ok, so this is the follow up on the matter off before....... I wrote the first review on Friday in October 2020. Any way on the Monday I received a call from the so called Branch Manager, asking what happened. I told him the bad service story and well, he apologized and asked if he could meet with me so that we can disused this matter in more detail.......... Well well, now that was three weeks ago, and still waiting!!!!! It is not that we are far away from each other because we work in the same mall, as matter I am one floor above Pick & Pay. Any way you would like to fix the branch but the manager leads by example well well, I am just posting this too update.
