PICK N PAY IGNORES PAYING CUSTOMERS ON ITEMS NOT DELIVERED

Placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP on 28/04/2022 @ 5pm Order was delivered short of items I paid for just before 6pm The call center closes at 6pm Called in 3 times on the 29/04/2022, all 3 times the agent said they would get back to me, no feedback up to date Wrote an email on 02/05/2022 - received references numbers for calls and emails but no feedback Called in again on 04/05/2022 - agent recommended that I request a refund to resolve the issue to which I agreed, only to be told it would take 1 - 10 business days to reflect
