Pick n' Pay if you are not prepared to honour your specials why advertise them?

I tried to order certain specials on the website. It allowed me to order them, however whenever I went into my basket to pay, they simply did not appear. And yes, there was stock according to the site. I did write to them on the address on the website however even after 5 days have not had a reply.
