Pick n Pay I am disgusted at your service

I have had the most horrible experience at the PnP family store in Steenberg

They have been giving me the run around with the special that they are running with the Huggies for R89.99

I have been to the store on 2 occasions to be told that they do not have stock and they cannot provide me with a rain check, the Manager even **** and said that the truck was at the loading bay and went to check yet there was nothing according to him. I am sure it does not take less than 2 mins to check a truck for a store that big.

I then called the customer service to find out why they are advertising something but do not have stock of the product which the consultant (Nadia) transferred me to the store which then the guy that works in that isle had spoken to me and advised that they do not have stock and they will only receive stock after black Friday for a black Friday special that they are running. While speaking to the employee he even laughed at the fact that I was upset!

During this all I could hear were two other staff members having a conversation where one said to the other "don't talk ***"

Is this the type of customer service you guys provide!

I am utterly disgusted by this.
