Pick n Pay Hypermarket Witbank refuses to refund defective product

Pick n Pay Hyper Witbank refuses to give a refund after buying a defective George Foreman toaster from them. The product was sent to them twice to get fixed and still we are being told that the supplier is refusing to refund the amount paid. It literally has never worked since purchase. This is appalling as consumer rights are clearly being violated here.
