Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Steeldale - Inadequate tills operating

Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Steeledale i have been on various occasions to your shopping complex. over the last 3 occasions i have noticed the following 23 tills available only 2-3 tills open for people with trolleys 3-4 tills open at under 10 items with the queue down into vegetable section on the 6th July at 13h00 i once again complained to one of the managers and I was told -Eish we have a crisis Today 8 July 2024 I once again complained about the inadequate amount of tills that are open 2 Tills for trolleys were open and it was 16h00. The queue was down both isles 4 tills were open for under 10 items and the queue was past the milk fridges. I spoke to a Black male manager - I never took his name . He had no solution for me and DID NOT SOLVE MY complaint regarding inadequate tills that are open. I stood in one of the 2 tills that were open for the trolleys with 4 clients in front of me with 3 others behind me down the isle. The under 10 items line was once again into the fresh produce section

I will rather ride 5 km more to one of the Checkers or Spar stores in Meyersdal even though i live 3 blocks from the steeldale Pick 'n Pay I will definitely not have a problem standing in long queues due to inadequate tills
