Pick n Pay Hypermarket - Poor client service

I had already collected 50 stamps to qualify for the Jamie Oliver knives. I wanted the carving knives and spoke to Janette from Pick n Pay Hypermarket at Princess Crossing Roodepoort who advised me that they were out of stock and they were expecting stock and that I should check again with them. I did so again on 13 September 2020 and spoke to Zandi again at your Princess Crossing, Roodepoort branch. Zandi took down my details and advised me that they were out of stock and that as soon as stock was received, they will contact me. To date, nobody contacted me. In December 2020, I physically went into your Princess Crossing, Roodepoort branch for shopping and checked again with them and they advised that there is no stock and will not be getting stock. I was extremely disappointed in view of all of the above efforts. Extremely dissapointing client service.

That is my complaint, I want my knife in view of all of the above efforts.

I missed a call from Pick n Pay Roodepoort on 6 April 2021. I assumed that it was in connection with my review, so I returned their call. Held on for over 10 minutes. Anne who called, said she did not contact me and then made an excuse it was a mistake. Then later that very afternoon, she called again (highly confused people) only to say that the call was related to my review and that there was nothing they could do. What else can I expect from Pick n Pay - appalling service from confused people. Pick n Pay really need to do something to upskill and enhance their customer service. Think customer service is deteriorating significantly.
