Pick n Pay Hypermarket Ottery Poor Service

I purchased a gas braai from hypermarket ottery about a month ago and been complaining about the burner plate that is faulty Bought a Grill chef gas braai with a side burner which is faulty Spoke to Ray two weeks ago to get a technician out but with no positive outcome , as he keep on giving me numbers that does not work or the pnp customer service numberr but who could not help and keep on transferring me back to the shop, I've made 10 calls to the shop already I need somebody to come fix the braai as its to big to load in my car but no1 seems to be interested in helping me
