Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Montana Kolonnade Retail Park - Terrible Serive

Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Montana Kolonnade Retail Park: It has now been a month that the Pick 'n Pay Hyper Montana does not have stock of specific Vivo Crockery. I have collected 70 stamps long before the campaign ended, but the store does not have stock of the Vivo Crockery. Eventually they informed me that new stock will be delivered this morning (08 August 2019). When I arrived at the store this morning (08 August 2019), they informed me that they only have stock of the 40, 50, 60 and 80 stamp dishes. Apparently they did not receive any stock of the 70 stamp and 90 stamp dishes. I was told that I have to come back next week Thursday when they received the next delivery and I was also informed that if they do not get the stock, then I cannot get the dish and have to take whatever they have at that time. This is unacceptable! No where in the terms and conditions does it state that the dishes are only available "while stocks last".
