Pick n Pay Hypermarket Brackenfell

Gooday, I have what seems to be consistent bad service from Pick n Pay Hyper in Brackenfell. I attempted to buy a Hisense fridge that was on special, but the electronics department mentioned they don't have it in stock, this was to my mom who I sent a week before the 2nd April 2023 while it was on special and advertised constantly on my Facebook, they said that they need to order it. One of the staff even told me he remembers me buying my old fridge before and asked why must I get another one. I went back on the 2nd of April then they said they do not have stock and the ad doesn't say until stock last which they agreed so they said they will offer me another deal if they don't get the fridge. Then I was asked to give my details for a rain check and I had previously done this but no one ever called me. I call but can never get through and when I get through and ask for assistance the phone gets dropped mid-sentence, this is while calmly asking for assistance. It's consistent, I am in the process of posting this on other social media platforms because it can't be that no one ever takes accountability. Even when you are decent with your approach and try to purchase a product doing an honest business.
