PICK N PAY HYPERMARKET BAD SERVICE

on the 15 September 2026 i went to pick n pay hypermarket in port Elizabeth purchased some items one of it was a smoke share rib the evening i made it and it smell off I phoned them told them what happened told me to bring it back i stay 6.6km away from Pick n Pay Hypermarket took it back 16 September 2026 they took it back just gave my money and said sorry no other compensation the company has lost to much money in the passed. what would have happened if we ate it and got food poison who would have be held responsible for medical bills thank God it did not happen. I mean i drove 6.6km to and 6.6km back. that's not how u handle your customers
