Pick n pay hyper witbank ASAP does not deliver

I made an order on 30 September at 17:55 and it was confirmed because money was deducted from my account. I did get my order nor explanation why it did not arrive but a "sorry we did not deliver, we will do it in the today 1 Oct morning" I had ordered lunch stuff for my kids n due to pick n pay hyper witbank emalahleni I had to make other alternatives because eventually the app Aldo stopped working for me to track the order. Till this morning they are still "wrapping up my order" said part is u can't reverse the transaction or cancel it
