Pick n Pay Hyper Steeledale - Worst Customer Service

Pick n Pay Hyper Steeledale - I purchased a Defy DDW232 dishwasher on 2020/06/28 and collected the dishwasher on 2020/07/01 from PNP. On 2020/08/04, just 5 weeks later I noticed that every time the dishwasher was on, it would trip the main circuit breaker, then on 2020/08/14 I had to log a call with Defy due the new dishwasher I purchased from PNP not working. On 2020/08/17, the technician responded to the call and notified me that the dishwasher drum is leaking and needs to be replaced. Just 5 weeks old and drum is leaking, such poor quality from Defy sold at PNP. On 2020/08/17 I called Pick n Pay Hyper Steeledale and spoke to Siphiwe to have the dishwasher replaced with a new dishwasher, hopefully not another damaged one again, but in trying to get hold of the person in charge of the area, Andrew, but with no luck after multiple attempts. Can someone from Pick n Pay Hyper Steeledale, please help with resolve this issue with a new dishwasher?
