Pick n Pay Hyper Ottery, Pharmacy
on 03.10.2019 I went to Pick n Pay Hyper Ottery, Cape Town, the pharmacy. I stood in a line for 20mins, there was only one pharmacist on duty, eventually Munira came out from the back and assited me. When I asked her why there was only one pharmacist, she ignored me and spoke over me, her attitude was hostile and unplesant! I never told her to work there, so why take your mood out on me? 20 mins in line is riduculous, people have jobs and lunch times, and no-one wants to spend their time in a cue. Yes they also get lunch, but ensure there are more people to assist during the lunch hours, so your customers can also have a lunch time or a more quicker and pleasant experience.
