PICK n PAY Hyper NORWOOD doesn't honour its promotions.

I went 6 Feb specifically to Pick n Pay HYPER Norwood to buy some items because of their promotional discounts. The advertised discounts were not app**** at the till. I contacted customer care 9 Feb and fwd till slip as proof. It is now 23rd Feb no one from Norwood HYPER has contacted me to resolve this. I want my money back that should have been discounted because it constitutes false advertising and even worse incompetence from customer care.
