Pick ‘n Pay hyper Montana sell faulty TVs at marked down prices to unsuspecting clients

I wish there was zero rating for this one. I bought a 70 inch JVC smart tv 7 months ago, It's stuck on the smart tv logo. This tv is still new already encounting problems. I called this morning the 6th of January 2025 and spoke to Justice who promised to call me back and never did, I then decided to take the tv back to the store and was told by the manager(Elson) that they will send it in for assessment and will take up to 21 working days to get a response. What do my kids watch in the meantime I asked and was told sorry that’s how things are. I then requested to be given credit so I can at least buy another tv, only to be told no. Nothing can be done until a technician can have a look he said. Pick and pay hyper Montana ******** me out of my hard earned cash. When I requested they loan me a tv to use while waiting they refused. They sell faulty products to unsuspecting clients. I want my money back!

Reviewer Update
Today marks 19 days since I returned the faulty TV at pick n pay hyper montana and the matter has still not been resolved. I received an email 2 days ago that the matter was closed. Today I decided to call the store to find out if there was any feedback as the email was not detailed and Sonja proudly told me I won't get neither a refund nor credit because her store doesn't offer exchange or refunds. I'm a widow that's trying to provide for her kids and now my hard earned money is down the drain. How can you repair a factory fault tv and expect the customer to be happy.

You people won't get away with this even if it means spending my last dime fighting this injustice. I regret setting my foot at pick n pay hyper.
