Pick n Pay Hyper Klipfontein Witbank

Good day,

I am so frustrated and need some help.

On 11/08/2021 I went to do my shopping at Pick n Pay in Witbank. I fell, which was the store's mistake. I filled in all the neccesary documentation with them reporting the incident. After a lot of emails send between myself and Pick a Pay representatives, they did agree on paying me a certain amount for medication used for my sore leg, as well as xrays. On the 6th of April 2022 they did send me a release form to sign, which I signed and send back. I have been waiting for my payment ever since. I keep on trying to follow up but with no luck. I have all the communication on email, the Pick n Pay representative who helped my so far is:
