In the midst of a pandemic and further state of emergency, PICK N PAY management at the picknpay hyper by the sea in durban north have informed more than 1000 people that picknpay national management has instructed them to not open the store and serve people. So with a full store of groceries, pick n pay refuses to sell daily essentials to people for survival
