Pick n Pay Hyper Jamie Oliver Promotion

I am appalled at the manner in which Pick n Pay Hypermarket has managed the Jamie Oliver knife promotion. We as customers made the effort to shop at the store so we could earn stamps for the promotion, but Pick n Pay has failed to honour their part of the arrangement. I visited the store the day after the promotion ended because we had a few days to collect our knives. I was told there was no stock and no one in the store could tell me when the stock was coming in. I visited again 10 days later and received the same response. I just came from there now, 2 days before the last collection date, and was told the stock came in this morning and was again out of stock, and I was given the telephone number for Head Office, and blank stares from the staff at the refund counter, customer service and the Store Manager, who watched me standing at her station for almost ten minutes while she chatted to her staff a metre away, but she just ignored me.
