Pick n pay hyper GREEN STONE. HAS THE WORST TURN OVER TIME SERVICE PLACE AN ODER AT 1:30AM DELAYED TILL 10:30 DISGUSTING. CHEACKERS IS THE WAY GUYS.

I am deeply disappointed by the ongoing poor service at your Greenstone Hyper branch. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any Pick n Pay store.

There are continuous delays, and when I try to call the store for assistance, no one answers. Even worse, my calls are not returned. This level of service is not only frustrating — it’s completely unacceptable.

Pick n Pay Greenstone has unfortunately proven to be the worst hyperstore experience I’ve had, and I strongly urge you to improve both customer support and responsiveness.
