Pick n Pay Hyper by the Sea - Pathetic Service

Pathetic service from SOME of the employees at Pick n Pay Hyper by the sea - Durban North. They did not have stock of the box of Rotatrim paper and informed me they will be getting stock, when I came through there was still no stock. I was unable to get a rain check, apparently they won't be getting anymore boxes of paper??? However there was 100s of Rotatrim reams of paper on the shelf???? I then proceeded to purchase Coke, I was advised to wait by the back as they bring in stock. After approximately 10 minutes, they informed us all that there is no stock. I went to get a rain check on this item as well, I was informed that there is stock and I must go back in the store and wait. I went back in and there was a lot of stock that was brought back out, WHY LIE TO CUSTOMERS??? Now I had to wait in the line AGAIN to pay for it. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.
