Called more than 20 times for assistance to tell me if they have Washing Machine in store. There staff was unable to tell me if they have a Washing Machine in store. You would think during this time of covid that Pick and Pay would be able to assist there customers over the phone. I phones another store Hi-Fi Corp and they could assist me after the 1st call I was able to do everything over the phone.
