Pick n Pay Hyper arrogant helper - Sephelele
<div>I visited Pick n Pay Hypermarket by the sea,in Durban North today. I had a nasty experience at teller 18.The helper by the name of Sephelele was very rude to my wife and I. We carried two dozen bottles of water ,being such a hot day,for the purpose of keeping the frozen stuff cool. He kept on question is with a conviction. I suggested if he didn't believe us then he should refer it to security. He became very irate and rude in his response. It became obvious the young man lack customer relations skills and lacked basic communication skills. After all we are customers.Sureky there is a certain level of respect is to clients is a must.Being polite would be a better solution but this guy back chatted and argued and even suggested that I should speak to his supervisor if I wanted to. I advised him that I will pursue the matter with management, and so I did.I went and consulted with the manager, agentlemen by the name of Neren who promised to escalate the matter with the helpers immediate supervisor. He took down my phone number and took a foto of myfrozen bottle. I demand this helper to be suspended with immediate effect.Furthermore,I would like to know if Pick n Pay trains their staff in public relation and customer care matters before placing them on duty No cust</div>
