If you want to deal with incompentent members of management, deal with the management of Pick n pay Hutten Heights Newcastle, they are rude and unhelpful, i just spoke to the manager and he couldn't even find a solution to the issue, all he did was say sorry, and that is how a professional person. Instead of saying mam please come into the store let's find a solution to the issue, no he says sorry, how unprofessional is that. I have dealt with retail stores in the past where the manager actually offered to personally come and deliver a decent service at my home. And rectify the issue at hand. Well all i can say is i will not support any Pick 'n Pay store again due to this attitude.thank you Hutten Heights Pick ' n Pay u didn't provide any comfortable shopping expierence and thus for i won't be supporting any pick 'n pay store again.
